There may be various reasons why problems may arise in paying for the extension of services, for example, restrictions on international payments in some countries, issues with payment methods (expired cards, payment gateway issues) and etc.

In this case, we can extend the renewal invoice due date for a couple of days as an exception. Our Human Assistant can only extend the invoice due date. So if you communicate with our support team, please provide us with all the information (invoice number or service name) to our available Assistant.

Also, the invoice extension can be requested by email too.
